Do NOT use TomTom HOME: Models such as the GO 40/50/60/500/600, VIA series, START 40/50/60, and modern Wi-Fi devices are explicitly incompatible with TomTom HOME. 1. How to Download TomTom HOME
You must download the official installer directly from the TomTom Support Portal to ensure you get the latest, secure version.
Windows: Download the standard executable file (TomTomHOME2win.exe).
macOS: Choose the specific package based on your system architecture (Universal, Intel, or Apple Silicon macOS). 2. How to Install the Software
Ensure you have administrator rights on your computer before beginning the installation process. For Windows Users: Open the downloaded installer file (TomTomHOME2win.exe). Select your preferred language and click OK.
Accept the End User License Agreement by checking the required box.
Click Next to approve the default installation path, then click Install.
Click Finish once the setup completes to launch the application. For macOS Users:
Double-click the downloaded TomTomHOME.dmg installer file in your Downloads folder. Open the TomTomHOME.mpkg file from the finder window. Click Continue and accept the software terms.
