BiliNV is a lightweight, completely free invoicing and billing software. It is built for small business owners, freelancers, and retailers who want a fast, clutter-free alternative to overly complex accounting platforms.
Because it skips complex menus and confusing nested settings, you can completely master it in less than 10 minutes. Step 1: Set Up Your Profile (Minute 1–2)
When you open BiliNV for the first time, your priority is inputting your core business information. This data populates automatically onto every future invoice.
Business Details: Enter your legal business name, contact information, and tax identification details.
Branding: Upload your company logo and choose a clean accent color to professionalize your outgoing PDFs.
Payment Terms: Define your default payment methods (e.g., bank transfer, online link) and standard due dates (e.g., Net 15 or Net 30). Step 2: Build Your Databases (Minute 3–5)
BiliNV eliminates repetitive typing by saving your items and clients into quick-select logs.
Customer Registry: Click “Add Customer” to log names, email addresses, and billing locations. You can save clients instantly while creating an invoice or import them later.
Product & Service Log: Add inventory items or standard hourly service rates. Set the base price and assign default tax brackets (like GST, VAT, or local sales tax) to each item to save time later. Step 3: Create and Send Your First Invoice (Minute 6–7)
Generating a clean, professional bill takes just a few clicks.
Select the Client: Start a new document and click your client’s name from the dropdown list to auto-fill their profile.
Line Items: Click to add products or service hours. The software handles all math automatically, multiplying increments against rates and summing up the totals.
Finalize and Preview: Review the document preview to check for accuracy, add a quick thank-you note in the footer fields, and export the file. You can send it directly to your client via email. Step 4: Tracking & Managing Statuses (Minute 8–10)
